Earlier this week, the team at Infor — a leading provider of beautiful business applications specialized by industry and built for the cloud — announced that Live! Casino & Hotel, one of the largest commercial casinos in the country, has entered into an agreement with Infinium Software, Inc., an Infor subsidiary.
We’re told that the Infor team will implement Infor Hospitality Management Solution (HMS) at the casino and hotel for the purpose of promoting “superior guest experience” in the casino, their Live! Lofts, and at their new flagship Live! Hotel, which recently began construction.
Live! Casino & Hotel, located between Washington D.C. and Baltimore, features more than 200 live action table games, approximately 4,000 slot machines, world-class dining and entertainment, and will soon be adding a 310-room hotel.
We’re told that Live! Casino & Hotel has been an Infinium customer since 2011.
“Opening the new hotel is a large and extremely exciting project for us, and we needed to know that we could trust whatever property management system we put into place to not only manage our hotel guests, but our casino patrons as well,” said Robert Norton, president of Live! Casino & Hotel. “We feel that Infor HMS will help us provide the ultimate guest experience and improve our overall operations by shifting to the cloud and seamlessly integrating with the systems we already have in place.”
