In just a few short hours, Apple CEO Tim Cook will take the stage at San Francisco’s Moscone Center to deliver the opening keynote for WWDC 2013.

Apple’s annual conference for iOS and Mac OS X developers could bring with it some huge announcements today.

Although the pundits will be proven right or wrong in their predictions before the end of the day, here is what most expect from this morning’s keynote:

  • The formal unveiling of iOS 7
  • iRadio music streaming service
  • The next update to OS X
  • Upgraded Macs
  • New Apple Maps
  • iCloud improvements
  • Siri upgrade

Because this week’s conference is expected to deliver more software updates than hardware refreshes, few – if any – analysts and market watchers are expecting Apple to unveil the iPhone 5S or next-gen iPad or iPad mini.

WWDC 2013 kicks off today at 10 a.m. PST, 1 p.m. EST.

Stay with MMW throughout the day for all the latest news and details out of the convention as they emerge.
