A holistic view of consumer experiences across devices will be the key to success this holiday season.
That’s the view of the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA), which will host a special webinar on the topic from 1 to 2 p.m. (CDT) on Thursday, October 22.
“Consumers no longer think in terms of channels, they expect a seamless experience whether shopping via a website, mobile device, or app,” notes the MMA. “Leveraging real-time insights and personalized cross-channel engagement metrics to develop innovative marketing strategies will separate the strong campaigns from the weak.”
