Webalo informed MMW today about its new partnership with Mobile Generation Systems.
The coupling is aimed at creating a broader distribution channel in the lucrative enterprise mobility market.
The agreement is part of the ‘Team Webalo’ partner program – which is Webalo’s strategy for building a diverse network of partners – including value added resellers (VARs), Systems Integrators (SIs), and wireless carriers.
So far, Webalo has signed at least 30 ‘Team Webalo’ partners across the country since launching the program in November 2012.
According to the details presented in Tuesday morning’s announcement, MobileGEN will offer its customers Webalo’s self-service enterprise mobility platform that lets companies create and deploy interactive, bi-directional, transactional access to enterprise applications and data “100x faster than with traditional application development for a fraction of the cost.”
MobileGEN provides mobility integration expertise and consulting services to forward-thinking enterprise customers. It focuses on providing data intelligence to remote knowledge workers, SMS text marketing, and virtual data rooms. Through its partnership with Webalo, MobileGEN will enable its customers to access data and take action related to that content directly from their mobile devices.
“We are seeing strong demand from our customers for enterprise mobility solutions that can be deployed securely and quickly to meet current business needs and challenges,” explains Frank Clementi, MobileGEN’s President and Managing Partner. “We are very pleased to be part of ‘Team Webalo’ because it lets us provide a highly effective and cost efficient mobile platform to our clients with minimal effort. We pride ourselves on using the latest mobile technology combined with creative thinking to help our client’s easily access data and reports regardless of carrier or where the content is stored.”
