VizExplorer, a provider of operational intelligence solutions for the gaming industry, and customer loyalty strategy and solution expert House Advantage have just announced a “technology collaboration.”
Together, we’re told, the companies will “enhance marketing operations by enabling a multi-channel customer engagement framework aimed at increasing customer loyalty.” That’s the primer from a news release issued by VizExplorer this week.
The partnership delivers a “powerful marketing platform” built on proven patron loyalty and marketing automation products widely used across the gaming and hospitality industry, the company says.
“Leveraging HALo, House Advantage’s robust suite of loyalty marketing products, and layering on the powerful campaignViz solution from VizExplorer, the integrated solution gives marketers access to a seamless customer relationship marketing capability ecosystem,” a statement provided to MMW reads.
With campaignViz, marketers can segment audiences, create targeted campaigns and execute promotions by leveraging the HALo loyalty platform for offer delivery through the right channel. Guests receive communications and offers that include real-time access and redemption benefits. By combining real-time data across all customer touchpoints, the solution employs rule-based marketing capabilities to enable near real-time offer delivery — from cash offers to complimentary dinners and hotel rooms.
