Verizon is poised to finish 2012 even stronger than it started.
For the third consecutive quarter, Verizon logged double-digit earnings growth and continued strong cash flow.
And in addition to the impressive Q3 earnings the nation’s largest carrier reported Thursday, this week Verizon is touting the latest expansions of its growing 4G network.
Chief among the new 4G LTE hotspots cultivated by Verizon is the state of Hawaii.
Verizon Wireless announced that customers in more areas of the state of Hawaii will be able to experience the blazingly fast speeds and capabilities of America’s largest 4G LTE network when the company expands the service on O’ahu and Hawai’i island today.
Verizon Wireless first launched its 4G LTE network in the state of Hawaii in July 2011.
“Less than two years since the launch of our 4G LTE network, this milestone signifies our continued commitment to expanding and enhancing our 4G LTE network to reach customers across the country,” says Russ Preite, region president for Verizon Wireless. “With the introduction of our 4G LTE network in Hawaii, customers and local businesses will be able to take advantage of the innovative products and services made possible by 4G LTE technology.”
