I usually watch the Super Bowl for the ads. This year the game was actually exciting, though–and so my interest in the commercials waned considerably. (Not to mention that nothing compares to the cowboy cat-herders from almost a decade ago.)

Luckily, my fellow MMW writer Kim paid attention to Sunday’s adverts–and has sussed out which ones took the best advantage of mobile marketing, as well as which ones fell short. She’s posted a video of her analysis, with footage of the commercials as well as some interesting information (such as who built the platform for the mobile version of Cars.com, whose ad I personally liked the best) that no one would have learned just by watching the football match.
