On the eve of the NRF Retail’s BIG Show, RetailNext announced late last week a strategic alliance with StepsAway, an in-mall mobile retail solution provider.
So what’s to come of the partnership? According to a statement provided to MMW, real-time data from RetailNext’s retail analytics platform and StepsAway’s mobile retail solution will allow retailers to target and deliver “timely, relevant promotions and then measure the redemption and conversion related to both mall and store traffic.”
RetailNext is showing off its platform, the StepsAway mobile solution, and other partner applications through tomorrow at the National Retail Federation’s annual The BIG Show in New York City.
“RetailNext’s in-store analytics platform continues to innovate and break new ground,” boasts Arun Nair, Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of RetailNext.
“As such,” Nair continues, “it has grown to be an industry-standard platform, and RetailNext is perfectly positioned to enable and integrate third-party, value-added solutions to expand upon a centralized platform in order to better serve our customers and their shoppers.”
