Retail Marketers Have Much to Gain from Mobile Surveys Ahead of the Holiday Shopping SeasonAhead of the weekend, Swirl Networks, Inc. — a leading in-store digital marketing technology provider — announced that it has launched a mobile presence management and marketing application now available on the Oracle Marketing AppCloud.

If you’re not familiar with the offering, Swirl’s Mobile Presence Management and Marketing Platform for Oracle Marketing Cloud enables marketers to improve performance by leveraging in-store shopper behavioral data to target and personalize the digital content and messages they deliver with Oracle Marketing Cloud.

The Swirl platform “leverages digital location signals including GPS, WiFi and Bluetooth beacons to generate first-party shopper behavioral data that Oracle Marketing Cloud customers can use for enhanced personalization across different marketing channels.”

The Oracle Marketing AppCloud is one of the industry’s most comprehensive marketing technology ecosystems, offering Oracle customers a broad set of marketing apps and data services to extend and optimize their technology investments.

“The ability to deliver truly personalized digital experiences is dependent on a deep understanding of each individual consumer that a marketer serves,” said Hilmi Ozguc, the CEO of Swirl. “The integration between Oracle Marketing Cloud and Swirl’s Mobile Presence Management and Marketing Platform enables marketers to create richer customer profiles based on both online and offline behaviors, and then use this data to deliver more relevant content across marketing channels and touchpoints.
