Motally has come on strong in the world of mobile analytics, already boasting full application analytics for Blackberry, Android, iPhone and iPad platforms in addition to full reporting for the mobile Web.
To further its quest for dominance, the company today announced its added pioneers in the mobile analytics, apps and advertising industries to its Board of Directors and Advisory Board to help position itself as the go-to provider of comprehensive mobile analytics.
Former M:Metrics and Jupiter Research executive Seamus McAteer is joining the company’s Board of Directors, while Web Analytics veteran Rand Schulman is joining Niren Hiro, former AdMob VP & Managing Director, Doug McFarland, former President of Jupiter Media Metrix, and Ben Wan, former COO of TheBroth, on its Advisory Board.
The executives joining Motally understand the future importance of analytics and reporting across all mobile platforms, and have placed their faith in Motally to help lead the company to the next level.
“Simply repurposing website analytics for mobile content is clearly suboptimal given the technical variances across multiple devices, networks and content types. As mobile platforms fast become a primary venue for content consumption the demand for new forms of specialized content analytics is set to soar,” said newly appointed Board member Seamus McAteer. “Motally is uniquely positioned to profit from this trend as it has the most comprehensive solution for reporting on activity across mobile web and applications.”
