On September 29th, 30th and October 1st, mobileStorm was out in Las Vegas for the G2E Convention (Global Gaming Expo). The show was held inside the Sands Expo Center, which—I did not realize—is absolutely enormous. Nearly every company that had a booth on the expo floor went above and beyond; some of the displays were jaw-dropping.
We had an amazing time meeting with new clients, technology partners and existing clients like Chumash Casino, Dakota Nation, Wheeling Island, Buffalo Thunder, The M Resort, Wildhorse, Prairie Band, Hard Rock Las Vegas, Boyd Gaming, Maryland Live!, William Hill, Parx Casino, Navajo Nation, Red Lion, Chinook Winds, Golden Nugget Biloxi, Soaring Eagle, and many more.
mobileStorm has an integration in the works with MGT, a company that has an awesome Player Management System for gaming companies. From the kiosk a player can join a Player’s Club, set preferences, choose which type of format they would like offers in (e-mail or text message) as well as a variety of other options.
A partnership/integration with MGT is one of the many factors that keep mobileStorm on the bleeding edge of multi-messaging technology. We’re looking forward to adding to our already vast portfolio of gaming companies in the U.S. and thanks to MGT this is well underway!
mobileStorm was also in Las Vegas celebrating our 16 year anniversary. In addition to our presence at G2E we hosted a great party at Drai’s After Hours that included an open bar, beer tasting contest, as well as a variety of other mobile-based games. Two of our current clients wound up winning a virtual reality headset! Jealous!! All in all it was a wonderful time for everyone involved. Meeting potential new clients as well as having a great time with our existing clients is always special. Can’t wait to do it again next year!
