Looped In, a popular and fast-growing mobile payment app developed by PXT Payments, confirmed this week that it has become a new sponsor of Boston College Athletics.

Looped In, which enables users to make purchases and transfer money electronically (at no charge) to other mobile users, expects a significant amount of brand exposure at Boston College’s 8,600-seater Conte Forum and the breathtaking 44,500-capacity Alumni Stadium.

According to Ian McPherson of Sports Pro Media, the sponsorship “is part of a broader partnership between PXT Payments and Fenway Sports Management (FSM), the sponsorship arm of Fenway Sports Group and Boston College’s sponsorship and marketing partner.”

“We continually look for ways to expose our students and fans to new, innovative technologies,” says Brad Bates, Boston College athletic director. “We look forward to working with Looped In and welcome them as a new partner of Boston College Athletics.”
