The global tablet landscape may be more competitive than ever, but that doesn’t mean Apple has given up much ground in eCommerce.
New industry data shared with MMW on Tuesday morning reveals that most transactions on mobile originate from Apple devices, especially the iPad.
The freshly published E-commerce Pulse Report from Custora declares that “Apple’s mobile supremacy remains,” even though Apple “continues to be challenged, most notably by Samsung and more recently, Amazon.”
The data from Custora indicates that iOS now accounts for 54 percent of all phone orders and 80 percent of all tablet computer purchases.
