J.D. Power and Associates has just published its tenth annual customer satisfaction rankings.
Once again, J.D. Power and Associates reports that Apple is still the No. 1 company for smartphones across all major U.S. carriers.
With regard to carriers, however, the iPhone still performs better for some than for others.
Overall satisfaction with smartphone devices is highest among AT&T customers, followed by Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon Wireless customers.
Apple and Samsung are the only smartphone brands to achieve overall satisfaction scores that are at or above the study average in all four performance factors, according to the J.D. Power 2013 U.S. Wireless Smartphone Satisfaction Study.
According to the report, smartphone models that perform especially well across all four U.S. wireless Tier 1 carriers include (by OEM in alphabetical order): Apple iPhone 5; Blackberry Z10; Nokia Lumia 920 and Samsung Galaxy Note II.
