On Wednesday, more allegedly leaked images of Apple’s low-cost iPhone alternative hit the web sparking debate and discussion as to their legitimacy.
If authentic, the photos represent the most detailed shots we have to date of what some are calling Apple’s “iPhone Lite.”
Similar to other component images we’ve seen this year, the new shots of the iPhone Lite shell indicate that Apple will introduce the entry-level iPhone in a variety of colors from which consumers can choose.
Turning up first on Nowhereelse.fr, the shell shots reveal red, yellow, white and blue models, although more options – including green – are expected.
Other than confirming some options on the device’s color range, the freshly published images don’t really tell us much else about the rumored low-cost iPhone.
Analysts still expect the cheaper model to phase out the familiar glass and metal components in favor of cheaper but highly durable plastic.
