If you haven’t noticed by now, Apple is seriously struggling with maintaining adequate supplies of the product mobile consumers want most today – the new iPhone 5.

The current wait-time on iPhone 5 orders may be impacted further tomorrow by the global iPhone 5 launch that extends to 22 additional countries Friday.

As of tomorrow, the iPhone 5 will land in Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

Back home in US, constraints won’t be helped greatly by the iPhone 5 also launching this weekend across multiple smaller carriers.

As of tomorrow, you can get the iPhone 5 through such carriers as Cricket, C Spire, Bluegrass Cellular, Cellcom, GCI, Golden State Cellular, Nex-Tech Wireless, Pioneer Wireless, Appalachian Wireless, MTA Solutions, and Alaska Communication Systems and nTelos.
