The graphic includes tips and trends compiled by the customer engagement tech provider.

Among the tidbits contained in the visual are:

  • Shoppers are nearly three times as likely to purchase a product while browsing on their tablet than on their phone
  • 88 percent of shoppers check prices online before purchasing in-store
  • One third of shoppers check product reviews and competitor pricing while in-store
  • Mobile retail sales are projected to increase by nearly 64 percent this year
