With Millennials playing a larger role in the workforce, as well as being the fastest growing part of the consumer population, corporations should be turning to their Millennial workforce to help create their brand persona.

When it comes to company culture, the ever-growing Millennial workforce has a different set of expectations when picking their employer. As noted by AdvertisingAge, they are not just looking for a job they desire, but also for a company they can be proud to work for.
