Another day, another hotel and casino goes mobile.
As first reported by mGamingWatch, House Advantage recently announced their partnership with Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort for their new interactive mobile app Casino On the Go (COG), which is designed to create behavior-triggered consumer rewards.
While many casinos in Las Vegas now have online casinos, as well as mobile apps, there is still ample area of opportunity when it comes to both mobile and cross-platform marketing. COG is designed to keep the mobile casino apps that people download top of mind by providing relevant mobile interaction on a daily basis.
“Mobile outreach is a key element of our overall marketing strategy, and we were not experiencing the results we wanted with our existing platform. After seeing a demonstration of Casino On the Go, we were convinced that its multiple layers of engagement and interactive content made it the solution we were searching for,” says Jackson Rancheria Director of Information Technology Damien Dinh.
By keeping casino apps top of mind, the hope is that they won’t become the app that individuals download and soon forget.
