    As someone who has been asked to wait for nearly an hour for my hair appointment, can I make a plea for more salons to make sure they send a text message or call to let customers know they are running late. Sure, no shows are a problem, but so are salons that take your phone number but don't use it if there is a problem on their side. Needless to say that salon has lost a customer for life!
