On Wednesday, Flipboard – the hugely popular social-network aggregation magazine for Android and iOS devices – confirmed a new milestone.
Flipboard says that the social magazine is now adding one new user per second. All told, the social magazine now has more than 20 million active readers.
“This summer,” Flipboard announced on its official blog, “we celebrated our second birthday. Just the last year alone makes our bones hurt: we launched iPhone and smartphone editions; debuted features like Cover Stories, audio and shopping; added seven new social networks; forged partnerships with publishers like The New York Times, and localized into eight languages.”
