Representatives for Everlert, Inc., an entertainment and real estate company, tell MMW that the company has reached a joint venture agreement with Gleopoint Mobility, an innovator in mobile gaming and proximity marketing platforms for the development of mobile applications.
According to a provided statement, the agreement calls for Gleopoint and Everlert to utilize Everlert’s portfolio of intellectual properties to monetize Everlert’s entertainment property rights.
“The launch of our first digital product is expected in next 30 to 60 days,” the statement reads.
“We are very pleased to have completed a joint venture agreement with Gleopoint Mobility, a company at the leading edge of digital media and marketing,” says Mark Blankenship, Everlert’s president. “Gleopoint is the perfect digital media partner as they will enhance our ability to attract additional intellectual property from a wide range of celebrities from the world of sports, music and movies.”
