Embrace the Machine Sales Management Radical Cuts Out Commissions in New Field GuideJustin Roff-Marsh, founder and President of Ballistx, a sales management and marketing consultancy specializing in the implementation and ongoing support of Sales Process Engineering (SPE), is also the author of the new book The Machine: A Radical Approach to the Design of the Sales Function.

According to an advance book announcement shared with MMW, Roff-March is a leader in SPE, a radical new approach to the management of the sales function. He is also editor of the popular Sales Process Engineering blog.

His ideas, we’re told, have been building efficient sales functions, and market-dominating enterprises, for the past fifteen years. Consequently, his book invited all executives to exploit the new sales order and ways to avoid falling victim to it.

The Machine is currently available for pre-order on Amazon and is set for release on October 20, 2015 through all major booksellers.
