The Discover for iPhone app now comes with full Passbook support. The move is advertised as a way for consumers and Discover card holders to save redeemed cashback bonuses.

The decision by Discover to jump into Passbook territory follows recent decisions by the likes of American Express to do the same.
With Passbook being only a few months old, it’s impressive to say the least that we are already seeing huge adoption from powerhouses like Target, Walgreens, Starbucks, and others – all of which are now on a list that just keeps getting longer.
