Apple’s Tm Cook Gets Iced for ALS

Apple’s Tm Cook Gets Iced for ALSApple CEO Tim Cook loves a good cause and will support one even if it means cooling off the hard way in the dog days of summer.

Following this week’s challenge by Apple marketing chief Phil Schiller, Apple’s chief executive answered the call last night and participated in the viral trend of getting ice water dumped on one’s head in support of ALS research.

Cook completed the “Ice Bucket Challenge” Thursday at a company event in Cupertino, California. The above image is our visual proof that it happened. For video, see below.

After completing the challenge, Cook turned around and challenged his buddy and Disney CEO (who also happens to be an Apple board member) Bob Iger to do the same. Musician Michael Franti and Dr. Dre were also challenged by Cook.
