This morning, Apple surprised and delighted fans when it unexpectedly restored its Apple Events channel for the Apple TV.
Apple, in short, is confirming that it will be offering live video streaming of today’s media event.
Moments ago, the Cupertino, California-based tech giant updated its official website to promote a live stream available online.
“View streaming video from today’s big event starting at 10 a.m. PDT,” Apple says on its homepage.
Those interested in watching the event live will need Safari 4 or later on a minimum of Mac OS X Snow Leopard or iOS 4.2 or later.
Anyone planning to tune in via Apple TV will need a second or third-generation Apple TV running iOS 5.0.2 or later.
