Apple to Introduce iPhone 4S in China Next Friday, January 13th

For Chinese consumers enamored of Apple products, next Friday is the moment they’ve been waiting for.

On Wednesday, Apple announced that the official launch date for the iPhone 4S in China is Friday, January 13th,

“Customer response to our products in China has been off the charts,” Apple CEO Tim Cook said Wednesday. “With the launch in China next week, iPhone 4S will be available in over 90 countries making this our fastest iPhone rollout ever.”

Despite the Chinese market being central to Apple’s announcement this morning, 21 additional countries will also get the iPhone 4S next week.

Among the new mobile communities waiting to be conquered by the iPhone 4S are: Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Bolivia, Botswana, British Virgin Islands, Cameroon, Cayman Islands, Central African Republic, China, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Grenada, Guam, Guinea Conakry, Ivory Coast, Jamaica, Kenya, Madagascar, Mali, Mauritius, Niger, Senegal, St. Vincent and The Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos and Uganda.
