Tomorrow could be a big day in the world of Apple.
Apple may release Mac OSX Lion as well as new MacBook Airs.
On Friday, reports surfaced that Apple had not only begun asking developers to begin submitting their Lion apps for approval, but by the weekend, many of those apps had started appearing in the Mac App store.
Ever since, rumors of an imminent launch have swirled.
Sources close to Apple have been quoted extensively over the last 48 hours and all concur that there is a good possibility that Wednesday – at 8:30 am EST – will bring the release of both Mac OS X 10.7 Lion as well as the rumored Thunderbolt-equipped MacBook Airs.
According to 9 to 5 Mac, “in-store Lion materials and signage in third-party retail stores indicate the official launch could be due in hours.
Reports first surfaced two weeks ago that the Lion release and MacBook Air refresh would take place before the 21st of July.
