Apple Introduces New iPad in 25 More Countries Today

The new iPad mania that kicked off just one week ago in the United States and in limited availability elsewhere around the globe is gaining steam today, as Apple just launched the third generation tablet in a number of additional countries.

As of this writing, citizens of 25 new nations are being introduced to the refreshed tablet and its outstanding features, such as: retina display, quad-core graphics processor, LTE radio, and 5 megapixel rear-facing iSight camera, to name just a few of the key improvements over the iPad 2.

Joining the list of new iPad member nations are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macau, Mexico, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

The new iPad was first released last Friday in the United States, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
