This week, the team at ZOO said Apple is entrusting them with a major responsibility — to provide an easy route for content providers to get into iTunes.
Zoo, however, has been delivering content to iTunes on behalf of its global clients for many years.
To ensure compliant, high quality deliveries ZOO has developed its own technology to package content efficiently and reliably for digital delivery. Clients including major Hollywood studios and global broadcasters will now be able to benefit from a direct and efficient route to iTunes, making their content available for sale sooner in global territories.
ZOO Digital President, Gordon Doran, says ZOO “is delighted to have gained Apple approval for the consistent quality of our iTunes deliveries. As an Apple approved delivery partner, we are now in a position to further increase the efficiency with which we can deliver content to iTunes, and support our clients in distributing content for sale without delay.”
According to the same announcement, ZOO also has Apple approved vendor status for iTunes Extra/LP Authoring and Delivery.
