Apple CEO Tim Cook Invited to Tonight’s State of The Union Address

Apple CEO Tim Cook has been invited by the First Lady Michelle Obama to attend tonight’s State of the Union address.

After delivering a high-profile keynote at the Goldman Sachs Technology and Internet Conference this morning, Cook is now inbound for the nation’s Capitol.

Cook, who accepted Mrs. Obama’s invitation, will be joined by other distinguished and inspiring guests of the First Lady.

In addition to NASA’s Bobak “Mohawk Guy” Ferdowsi, guests will include a female Marine, a DREAM student, a Wounded Warrior, a teacher from Sandy Hook Elementary School, a nurse from NYU Langone Medical Center, and the parents of Hadiya Pendleton.

President Obama’s first State of The Union address of his second term will commence this evening at 9 p.m. EST.
