Everything is bigger in Texas, including Mobile Marketing Watch’s coverage of this year’s SXSW.
If you’re not familiar, South by Southwest (SXSW) is a set of film, interactive, and music festivals and conferences that take place every spring in Austin, Texas.
Launched in 1987, SXSW continues to grow in size and stature every year. In the process, notable leaders and innovators from a vast array of industries now regard SXSW as a major “must” for their social calendars.
Beginning this week, Jared Reitzin, CEO of mobileStorm – which owns and operates Mobile Marketing Watch – will be in Austin for what promises to be the biggest and boldest SXSW to date. Apparently, even the folks at Apple agree with that assessment, as the Cupertino, California-based tech giant is holding its annual iTunes Festival for the first time ever in the U.S. during SXSW in Austin.
So if you’re planning to attend SXSW or simply intend to tune in from afar, don’t be a stranger. If you share Jared’s penchant and passion for discussing where the future of digital marketing is headed and why tomorrow’s greatest marketers stand poised to profoundly impact healthcare and other industries (even if they don’t realize it yet), be sure to hit up the mobileStorm boss on Twitter @JaredReitzin.
While you’re at it, don’t forget to check back with Mobile Marketing Watch often in the coming days as SXSW 2014 gets underway. We’ll have all the news, interviews, and information you can handle… and then some.
