With millions of mobile applications available today across the mobile app stores of the digital world, consumers can use a little help finding apps just right for them.
As a result, Quixey – the search engine for apps – confirmed a new working relationship with Sprint today. The goal is to bring consumers an easier way to discover apps for their wireless devices.
In Quixey’s first public agreement with the nation’s third largest carrier, the company says its app search technology will be integrated into select Android-powered smartphones with Sprint Zone and the Sprint Digital Lounge.
Quixey enables users of both products to easily find apps by searching for what they want to do. Quixey says its proprietary search technology, Functional Search, allows users to find apps without even knowing exactly what they’re looking for.
