Ex-Apple Exec Resurfaces on Broadway

Ex-Apple Exec Resurfaces on BroadwayEverybody wants to make it on Broadway. Even Scott Forstall, the dismissed former Apple executive and iOS chief who parted ways with the company some three years ago after the regrettable Apple Maps launch.

Since 2012, many have wondered where Forstall went and where he would turn up next.

But over the weekend, we got our answer when Forstall sent the first tweet of his life.

“I’m thrilled to be co-producing the Broadway musical Fun Home http://funhomebroadway.com  opening this Sunday.  Bravo to the phenomenal team!” Forstall tweeted, confirming that he is now a Broadway producer.

Of course, that’s not everything that’s been on Forstall’s plate recently.

“The Sony leaks (a.k.a. the gift that keep on giving) suggest that Forstall is acting as some sort of adviser to Snapchat,” Mashable reported late last week.
