Apple’s newest-generation iPhone – the iPhone 4S – will see another expansion of carriers later this month as Alaska Communications will begin offering the iPhone 4S to customers in Alaska.
Having not been as readily available in Alaska as it has been elsewhere in the United States, the iPhone 4S could heat of up the smartphone space in Alaska very quickly.
If you’re not familiar with Alaska’s mobile operators and companies, Alaska Communications, which is headquartered in Anchorage, is a leading provider of high-speed wireless, mobile broadband, Internet, local, long-distance and advanced data solutions for businesses and consumers in Alaska.
As of April 20th, the devices will be available in 14 retail stores and online at alaskacommunications.com.
